Essendon

Essendon is a village in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England. It is about 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Hatfield town centre and 3 miles (4.8 km) west of Stevenage.

The Essendon Association Football Club, founded in 1881 and nicknamed ‘The Dons’, plays in the Southern Football League Premier Division.
